Nicole Richie was spotted in the Yellow and Black Floral Winter Kate maxi dress last week at the Lionel Richie concert in LA. Nicole teamed the dress with House of Harlow accessories, we cant wait to get our mits on this dress. We have a while to wait though the dress will be hitting the stores in August.
